Thai eVisa Payment via Eastern Bank PLC. (EBL)

The Thailand eVisa is a convenient electronic visa system that allows travelers to apply online for entry into Thailand, eliminating the need to visit a Thai embassy or consulate in person. This streamlined digital process simplifies visa applications and significantly reduces processing time.

Applicants can easily complete an online form, upload the necessary documents, and, upon successful submission through the official Thai eVisa website, receive a Payment Information Summary (PIS) document.

Payments for visa applications are securely processed through the online payment gateway of Eastern Bank PLC. (EBL), ensuring a safe, efficient, and hassle-free payment experience for all applicants.

General Instructions for Thai eVisa Payment

1. Save the QR code after successfully submitting the e-visa application on the Thai e-visa website.
a. The document should be in either image format (JPG, PNG, Bitmap) or PDF format.
b. The QR image size should not exceed 4000×4000 pixels, and the file size should not exceed 2 MB.
c. The QR image should be correctly oriented and should not be flipped vertically or horizontally.
2. Upload the document (Payment Info Summary-PIS) to the payment portal.
3. Applicants sharing the same application account and request number should make visa payment altogether in the same transaction. The maximum number of applicants under one account and request number is 10. Split payment is not allowed.
4. Kindly do not make the payment if there are less than 2 embassy working days remaining before the application’s expiry in the PIS. The application may expire and be removed before the e-visa system acknowledges the payment
5. Input the request number carefully twice along with all the other details.
6. Please check all the information before submitting. Once payment is made, there is no option to make any correction.
7. Complete the payment using the most suitable payment method.
8. After a successful payment, an SMS to mobile phone and an email to your email address will be sent.
9. Payment portal will open at 9:00am and will remain till 12:00pm only on the Embassy working day. Please make payment within the specified deadline.
10. Currently there is no daily limit for eVisa fee payments. The limit restriction is sole discretionary authority of The Royal Thai Embassy, Dhaka.
11. Processing, issuing or rejecting Visa is the sole desecration of The Royal Thai embassy, Dhaka.
12. eVisa payment is non-refundable.
